Get ready for an unforgettable adventure! Each year, our Show Choir takes an exciting trip to Disney or Universal, and this year, we’re heading to Universal Studios for an incredible experience that combines the magic of theme parks with the thrill of performance. Our trip to OrlandoFest is packed with opportunities, including a special workshop where students will get to shine on stage at a premier performing arts center.

We would love for every student to join us for this incredible experience. Still, please note that this event is optional, and we understand that not everyone will be available or able to attend. To secure our date with the OrlandoFest festival, all participants must register by October 15 and pay by November 15. We must have at least 20 participants to be eligible, so please sign up now to show your interest, and I will secure the opportunity with a deposit!

*Festival Information: The Festival is connected with Universal Studios and Orlando's Advanced Musical Education Environment.​

What’s Included​

• Three adjudicators for each performance 

• Professional Music Educators of the highest caliber as your adjudicators   

• Written and recorded comments  

• Digital recording of your performance  

• Onstage Workshop with your groups (15-20 minutes of feedback and suggestions)  

• Park to Park Universal, Islands of Adventure tickets.

Housing arrangements will be finalized after the new year, with each family having the flexibility to choose their accommodations or possibly stay with us in an Airbnb. Please keep in mind that we need a minimum number of participants to qualify for the workshop and performance opportunities. Families can choose to participate in the performance and workshop only or join us for a full adventure in the parks. We will be staying in Orlando on Friday and Saturday night.

It’s important to note that our performance will not take place inside the Universal parks. The theme parks are an additional part of the package offered by OrlandoFest and provide a separate attraction and opportunity.

Cost includes the performer cost, your attendance at the workshop, and tickets to 2 Park Passes (Universal Studios and Universal's Islands of Adventure) *The price below does not include overnight stays.

Performance Workshop Only: (This means you have an annual pass or you do not intend to go to the parks but will perform with the group) $110.00 (*includes family members observation- but seats not guaranteed)

One Day - 2 Park Pass-(Attend the performance/workshop and enjoy the Park) $260.00 per performing student-- Each additional family member ticket $220

Two-Day -2 Park Pass: (Attend the performance/workshop and enjoy an extra day in the park as well). $300.00 per performing student- Each additional family member ticket $260
